HOW TO WEAR IT: It may be spring, but at the Costume Institute Gala celebs were all about covering up their arms (or arm, in Zoe's case). Since most of us don't have the figure of a model-turned-actress, we've taken inspiration from Chloë's lead and found a short long-sleeve steal 'n' splurge. The A-line cut of these dresses makes them wearable for most body types—and since they're short, a bold print is easy to pull off.
