
I wanted to share my full Shape Magazine spread for anyone who hasn’t picked up a copy yet!
I see a lot of comments from you guys asking what routines I do at the gym… so I gave a complete break down of the exercises I do all the time with my amazing trainer, Gunnar Peterson. We always mix strength moves with cardio intervals and I find that combination is what really works best for me… but everyone is different.
