Memorable Yums from Vietnam and Thailand

Is it bad that I’ll be more apt to visit a country depending on the food available? For example, I have no desire to visit Russia because all I think there is are creamy foods and fish (somebody please educate me differently), and I’m passin on Germany since I can’t drink beer. Until then, Vietnam & Thailand win me hands down on delish foods for crazy cheap. I still can not stop thinking of these 2 things:

- Usually I would never step into any KFC. It’s just that bucket that traumatizes me from the nights Mom was too busy to cook. But when I see an Asian rooster, chili, lime, and the words “Tom Yum” to describe the crunchity coating of this Thai special version of KFC, I’m in!! Dude, imagine the most power punch of flavor packed into a million crunchy flakes on a delicious moist chicken. Died.

-When it comes to appearance I’ve actually always encouraged women to dress themselves up like a delicious food item. You’ve gotta involve color, texture, the whole presentation. Women should look yummy dangit! Well this piece of fruit I discovered in Vietnam sure flipped the script on me, with it being the most gorgeous piece of fruit I’ve ever seen, and tasted. Where can I get this in the states??
